Grounded in the theory of weak ties, this residential project recognizes that social resilience is often nurtured not only by our inner circle, but through subtle, everyday encounters—the neighbor in the hallway, the local shopkeeper. By translating the principles of proxemics into physical spatial design, the architecture creates intentional zones of friction that convert virtual connections into real human interaction.

The design offers a spatial infrastructure for spontaneous meetings within the domestic environment. It balances privacy with collective belonging, inviting residents to experience a meaningful sense of community without compromising their personal space.
