The project reimagines the urban environment through the lens of movement, proposing an architectural intervention based on shifting urban rhythms. At its core, Mograbi Square is redefined as a hierarchical hub that synchronizes diverse modes of transit: from the slow pace of pedestrians to the rapid flow of the Light Rail.

Synchronizing Urban Rhythms
A reimagined urban environment where architectural structure meets the pace of the city, creating a seamless synergy between transit, commerce, and public life.
By translating velocity into a distinct architectural language, the design aligns the building fabric and commercial programs with the needs of various users. The goal is to restore Allenby Street as a vibrant commercial artery, creating a seamless synergy between the street’s structural rhythm and the human experience of the city.
